POLICE LOG 4/11/16

ASSAULT / COMMUNITY SCHOOL

1020 BLK NEW HOLLAND AVE

OCCURRED 4/8/2016 1103 HRS

A 17-year-old female became physically combative with staff members causing them injury. The juvenile was charged with Aggravated Assault.

RETAIL THEFT / FAMILY DOLLAR

930 S DUKE ST

OCCURRED 4/8/2016 1344 HRS

Reporting person stated that he heard the sensor alarm sound and observed a Hispanic male between 30-35 years of age and approximately 5’7” running out of the store carrying two bags of store property.

400 BLK W CHESTNUT ST

OCCURRED BETWEEN 4/7/2016 1523 HRS AND 4/8/2016 1523 HRS

Reporting person stated that sometime between the listed dates and times an unknown suspect(s) stole the glass door knob from her free library box from her front yard. 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT / CRYSTAL PARK

525 FIRST ST

OCCURRED 4/8/2016 1923 HRS

Reporting person / victim  stated that while sitting at the location an unknown black male juvenile, wearing black shorts, white basketball sneakers and had a flat top haircut pulled out a black “BB” gun pistol from his waistband and began firing towards the victim’s friend. The suspect fired two to three shots toward the friend before turning and firing a shot in the direction of the victim. Victim was hit by the shot causing minor injury. Ongoing investigation. 

ROBBERY / GUN

400 BLK S DUKE ST

OCCURRED 4/9/2016 0040 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that while walking in block he was approached from behind by an unknown black or Hispanic male, 19-20 years of age, curly hair, wearing dark colored sweat pants and a hooded sweatshirt who held a gun to him and threatened to shoot him if he didn’t hand over what he had.  The victim gave the suspect 2 cell phones and cash.   The suspect then fled north on South Duke Street. 

BURGLARY

500 BLK MANOR ST

OCCURRED 4/9/216 0526 HRS

An unknown white male, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored shorts and boots gained entry to the listed location by forced entry causing damage to the door.  The victim heard a noise and and observed the suspect, who announced that he had a gun. The suspect then fled out the back door.

BURGLARY

100 BLK OLD DORWART ST

OCCURRED  BETWEEN 4/8/2016 2130 HRS AND 4/9/2016 0823 HRS

An unknown suspect(s) gained entry to residence causing damage a window.  Once inside the residence the suspect(s) stole a bottle of prescription medication, a 46” television and seven copper plates.

500 BLK N PLUM ST

OCCURRED 4/8/2016 BETWEEN 1323 HRS AND 2100  HRS

Reporting person stated that an unknown suspect(s) had stolen a package containing prescription eyeglasses after it had been left on the front porch of the residence by UPS. 

RETAIL THEFT / J C PENNEY

400 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED  4/9/2016 1103 HRS

Jennifer Catherine Kundratic, 24, of the 3300 block Forge Hill Rd, Street Ha, MD was charged with Retail Theft. Kundratic was observed selecting several items of clothing and entering the fitting room.  While in the fitting room Kundratic concealed the merchandise in her purse and exited the fitting room. Kundratic then attempted to leave the location without paying for merchandise. 

RETAIL THEFT / KOHLS DEPT STORE

1135 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED 4/9/2016 1435 HRS

Brendon Martin Duke, 22, of the first block College Ave, Mountville PA was charged with Retail Theft after removing a bottle of men’s cologne from its packaging and concealing it in a paper shopping bag he was carrying.  Duke preceded to leave the location without paying for said item. 

RETAIL THEFT / J C PENNEY

400 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED 4/9/2016 1643 HRS

William Shane Trowbridge, 36 of the 1500 block Putnam Dr, Lancaster PA was charged with Retail Theft after he was observed selecting a pair of Nike Shoes and after removing them from the box, concealing them in his jacket pocket. Trowbridge also selected two pairs of dress pants, two pairs of blue jeans and a hooded sweatshirt and concealed them under his jacket. Trowbridge then exited the store without paying for said items.

OCCURRED BETWEEN 4/7/2016 1830 HRS AND 4/9/2016 1500  HRS

Reporting person / victim reported that between the above listed dates and times unknown suspect(s) stole her license plate from her vehicle. 

THEFT

900 BLK HARRISBURG AVE

OCCURRED BETWEEN 4/6/2016 0800 HRS AND 04/08/2016 0800 HRS

Reporting person / victim reported that between the above listed dates and times an unknown suspect(s) stole his bicycle by cutting  the lock. The bicycle was locked and secured to a bicycle stand at the location


THEFT / FOOD COURT

200 PARK CITY CENTER

OCCURRED 4/10/2016 1916 HRS

Reporting person / victim stated that he had and his wife ate dinner at the Food Court at location and when leaving he left his cell phone. When he realized he left it he returned to the area but the cell phone was no longer there.
