Michael Riehl, 56, 2000 block Lyndon Ave, Lancaster, PA was arrested and charged with 1 count of Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and 1 count of Possession Drug Paraphernalia all before MDJ Richardson when he was observed on a bench outside the Lancaster Convention Center placing a green substance into his right cargo packet as an attempt to conceal the item. The controlled substance along with the open loose cigar wrapper was recovered from the Michael Riehl left cargo pocket.

Two juvenile subjects selected multiple pieces of Nike apparel along with two Nike headbands. They proceeded to the jewelry department where they selected a Sterling Silver Ring removed the security alarm tag from the box and concealed the ring into their backpack. Both subjects. exited the store, passing all points of sale, failing to render payment or the merchandise. Juveniles cited for Retail Theft.

A private vehicle dropped off a 20 year old male resident of Lancaster Twp. at the LGH emergency medicine department. The male had been shot with shotgun bird-shot. The penetration of the bird shot was not too deep and the victim was able to be treated and released from the hospital the same night. The victim told Officers varying accounts of what had happened and more than one location where the incident occurred. The location of Woodward St. near E. Strawberry St. is being carried as the location for the report. No evidence was located at any of the locations provided by the victim. An investigation to the incident is ongoing.

During the altercation Davido did threaten the victim with a knife. Davido was arrested and charged with Simple Assault/ Physical Menace and Terroristic Threats.

It was reported that on the above listed date and time, Melina Sanders, 29, of the 900 block Valley Street, Baltimore MD, attempted to pass a fraudulent check at the drive through at the listed location. Sanders was arrested and charged with Forgery. A vehicle that was suspected of being involved in the incident by an employee found Brandon BIsh, 27,of the 400 block Patuxent Rd, Odenton MD was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested and charged with Fugitive from Justice.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and time, four males ages 14-15 came to her house looking for daughter. After they left the location the victim noticed money missing. The suspects were located and two of the suspect were found to have the cash on them. The two juveniles was arrested and charged Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Conspiracy.

Bryan Lamont Hall, 35, of the 800 block N Duke Street, Lancaster PA, was under the influence and engaged in a verbal argument with his girlfriend which turned physical. Hall physically assaulted the victim causing her minor injury. Hall also struck an Lancaster City officer. Hall was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Aggravated Assault and Public Drunkenness.

Officers stopped the responded to a call regarding two people in a vehicle throwing things out of the vehicle. Officer found Eric Kubic, 46, of the 1st block Fairmount Driver, Kirkwood PA to have suspended license and a search of the vehicle ensued.
Kubic and his companion Trina Drum, 31, of the 100 block of South Prince Street, Lancaster PA were found to be in possession drug paraphernalia and controlled substances. Both were arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kubic was also charged with Driving Under Suspension
