Erin Stauffer, 34, 400 block of Prospect St, Lancaster, Pa and Aurora Pomales, 63, , 400 block of Prospect St, Lancaster, Pa observed selecting three pairs of Keds brand shoes and two tank tops. They passed all points of sale, failing to render payment for the concealed merchandise in their bags. Stauffer and Pomales were arrested and charged with Retail Theft before MDJ Sponaugle.

Reporting person stated that a customer dropped off his car last week to get it worked on. Reporting person stated that they had it in the garage yesterday and had pulled it back out around 1500 hrs. and the PA registration was still on the back of the vehicle. Reporting person stated that when they came into the garage the following day they saw that the registration plate was missing from the vehicle.

Reporting person / Loss Prevention for the listed location, Delbert Lee Hershman, 59, homeless, was observed on CCTV entering the listed location on the above listed date and time. Hershman selected a package of medication off the display shelf and concealed it inside his coat and exited the location. Hershman was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person / manager stated that on the above listed date and time, two males entered the listed location and were helped by two different store employees. The first suspect asked for a gold and a silver IPhone 11 Pro Max’s and Air Pods. When the IPhones and Air Pods arrived to the front of the store the suspect picked them up to look at them and fled the store with the items. The second male approached a different employee and asked for an IPhone 11 Pro Max 512 GB and did not want to talk about any protection plans. When the phone arrived to the counter the male grabbed the phone and fled the location. Suspect 1 was described as a Black male, 30’s approximately 6’4”, wearing a black ball cap, grey jacket, black t-shirt with white printing, black pants and black shoes. Suspect 2 was described as a Black or Hispanic male, 30’s, approximately 5’9”, wearing a dark colored beanie cap, dark colored sweatshirt and dark colored pants.

Wylley Alphonse, 19, of the 1st block Michelle Drive, Lancaster Pa did elude officers attempting to make a traffic stop when the suspect failed to stop at a clearly marked stop sign. Officer attempted to stop the suspect using their emergency warning lights and audible siren. A pursuit began where the Alphonse violated several more traffic laws. Officers located the Alphonse and charged him with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Driving Without Lights to Avoid Identification or Arrested, Traffic Control Signals, Duties to Stop Signs, Driving on Sidwalks and Reckless Driving.

Reporting person / victim stated she had heard a loud noise between the listed dates and times. She assumed it was from a party next door. The next morning they noticed that the front foyer door had been forced open causing damage to the frame where the slide lock had been securing it. The victim stated that it appeared that nothing had been taken.

RP stated that her Juvenile son stole a large amount of cash from her purse. RP stated that she went to the ATM machine with her son to withdraw cash to pay a maintenance man that was working on her house. RP stated that she took part of the cash and excited her vehicle, leaving her son and cash in the vehicle. When she returned to the vehicle her son and cash were missing.

Brandon P Mitchell-Chancy, 31, homeless was observed on CCTV selecting a pair of Maxwell Earbuds from off a display shelf. Within seconds Mitchell-Chancy was seen trying to open the package and remove the earbuds. Once he was successful Mitchell-Chancy placed said earbuds in his coat pocket. After a few minutes Mitchell-Chancy made a purchase of candy failing to pay for the earbuds still in his coat pocket. Brandon P Mitchell-Chancy was issued a citation before MDJ 02-2-04 for Retail Theft.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time, an unknown Hispanic male, 30’s, with a dark full beard, wearing a grey and black in color hooded sweatshirt, grey pants and red Nike sneakers entered the store. The suspect walked in one of the aisles and grabbed a 750 ml bottle of bourbon and exited the location without paying for the item. The suspect walked turned left and walked northbound in the 200 block of North Queen Street.

Tange Mack, 57, of the 700 block East Walnut Street, Lancaster PA was engaged with an argument with her boyfriend. The argument became physical with Mack hitting the victim with a metal broomstick causing the victim injury to his leg. Mack was arrested and charged with Simple Assault.

Reporting person/victim advised he had two packages stolen from the front porch of his home at 1425hrs 7 February 2020. He said one of the packages contained some prescription medication for his wife and the other contained some fabric softener. Ongoing investigation.
