Abby L Kerns 40yrs of 2000 block of Spring Valley Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601 was arrested and charged with DUI-General Impairment after officers were dispatched to the area of 300 W King St for a reckless driver in progress. It was also reported that the same vehicle had run into a pole in the first block of E King St.

Reporting person stated his vehicle registration had been stolen off of his gray in color Chrysler Town and Country Van which was parked in a private lot on S Arch St in between Mifflin St and W Vine St.

111 W ORANGE ST-A-PLUS

OCCURRED 02/10/2023 1229 HRS

Reporting person/manager at the location stated an unidentified male entered the store and attempted to purchase a pair of sunglasses with an EBT card. The transaction was denied but the male took the glasses and exited the store without offering an alternative form of payment. This suspect was last seen wearing blue plaid pajama pants, a black t-shirt and carrying a pink drawstring backpack. Suspect has been identified as Aaron Altrichter 25yrs of the 300 block of Abbeyville Rd, Lancaster, PA 17603 and a summary citation for Retail Theft has been filed.

Bobby Jamal White B/M 34yr of 400 Block Hillside Ave, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Simple Assault (DV) and Terroristic Threats after being in an argument with the Victim.  The Suspect threw the victim on the wall and stated that he would kill her.  This cause minor swelling to the Victims face and caused her fear for her life.

Unknown person(s) stole a black in color Adaptive radar sensor that was located on the front bumper of a blue in color Honda Accord that was parked over night at listed location.

SHOTS FIRED

700 BLK ALMANAC AVE

OCCURRED 02/15/2023 0705HRS

Officers responded to Shots fired call at listed location.  A Witness described two males, light skin, thin built, wearing black colored hoodie, grey sweatpants, black covid mask and wearing blue nitrile gloves.  The two males wear seen running on Delaware St from the direction of the shots fired and turning north onto Stevens Ave.  The two males then stopped running and began to walk and then were seen crossing over Schuylkill St onto a grassy alley.  The two males were observed discarding the gloves.  The Officer checked the grassy alley where the gloves were then located.   No shell casings were located.

OCCURRED 02/16/2023 1848HRS

Officers responded to a Shots Fired call at list location.  Witnesses reported 12 shots were heard in the area of listed location. While walking the area the Officer heard approx. 4-5 shots and then another 3-4 shots northeast of his location.  A command post was set up with numerous Officers and other agencies that assisted with the incident.  The surrounding area was check and there were no evidence of casing or any other evidence. Ongoing Investigation.
