Bailey Alanna Delp W/F 28yrs of 200 blk Longfellow Drive, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Simple Assault (DV) after being involved in an altercation with the Victim.   The Victim stated that Delp threw an unknown item at him causing a small laceration.

OCCURRED 01/22/2023 1837HRS

R/P stated that a black male wearing a white and black jacket with black sweatshirt underneath, came up to the register and wanted funds put on his Chime credit card.  The male gave the cash to the cashier, and as the cashier was putting the cash in the drawer, the male reached over the counter and took the cash out of the R/P hand.  The male was last seen walking towards the gas pumps but did not get into a car.  Ongoing Investigation.

S CONESTOGA DRIVE

OCCURRED 01/23/2023 1757HRS

RP stated sometime between 1645hrs -1710hrs on 1/23/23 someone picked up his red kayak that he had left on the ground and drove away with it.  RP stated he sat his kayak on the ground and walked up to his home.  RP stated when he returned he learned that someone had took his Kayak.  RP stated he spoke to a few people in the area and they stated that they observed an unknown person pick up his Kayak and place it on their vehicle. They described the suspect vehicle as being a red Chevy Blazer w/ an enclosed trailer.

Jaime Omar Alvarez-Rodriguez H/M 39yr of 1^st blk East Farnum St, Lancaster PA was arrested and charged with Retail Theft(F) after he was observed by store employee select numerous items to eat and walk past all points of sale and exit the store without paying for the items.  Subject was then taken to LCP for arraignment.
