The victim confirmed these contents to be stolen property.

The male was observed concealing 10 bottles of body wash and 8 six packs of bar some in a shopping bag on the back of the stroller. The subjects left the listed location without offering payment for said items. The suspect is thought to be involved in two other retail incidents at the listed location. Charges to follow when the suspect is identified.

Officers conducted a search to the incident and found drug paraphernalia in side the vehicle. Rayes-Cintron was arrested and charged with Possession of Paraphernalia, Driving without a license and Inspection required.

The officer checked the location and found that the resident of the address said that when he saw it wasn’t for him he left it on his front porch. When checking the location the officer did not find any packages addressed to the victim.

Victim was advised to contact her homeowner’s insurance to file a claim.

Reporting persons stated that they both own stores on either side of 300 block of N Queen St. Prior to the call they observed a tall (6'2") black male Suspect wearing a black jacket and white pants looking in the window. Suspect was looking suspicious in the way he was acting. They then observed the male enter the property from an open front door. This male took several packages and then walked out. Reporting person stated that there is a business inside the building that has been propping the door open. This is why the door was open on this date. There was no forced entry into the building.

Reporting person/victim stated that she had been expecting 2 packages to be delivered via Amazon on 05 Dec 19. She said that around 1300hrs, after not being notified of a delivery, she had checked her Amazon account and found that both packages had been delivered. She had photos from Amazon showing the packages were placed between the storm door and the main entry door. When she had arrived at the address, she observed a male in the foot alley to the east of the location. This male had 2 Amazon boxes and was putting items from the boxes into a black backpack.

It was reported by a store employee that, three suspects left the listed location setting of the electronic theft sensors off. When the employee stopped the suspects, the adult suspect stated that the child who was with them put the items in her bags. The employee recovered all the items. The suspects were described as an adult Hispanic female 5’9” tall, blond hair and wearing a beanie, a juvenile Hispanic female, 5’4” tall, thin build, and a child Black male. Suspects were not charged.
