Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date and between the listed times, an unknown suspect gained entry to her residence. The victim stated that several items were taken from inside the home to include a clothes basket, PlayStation 4, Samsung tablet, and a small safe containing a Ruger 9mm firearm along with several other items.

Andres Gasso-DaCourt, 61, of the 600 block of North Lime Street, Lancaster PA was observed taking five packages of ham and placing it in his jacket pocket. Gasso-DaCourt was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Reporting person stated that between the listed date and between the listed times his nephew had taken his handgun from his closet. The juvenile then in turn sold the handgun to another juvenile. Upon investigation, officers retrieved the handgun and charged the juvenile with receiving stolen property.

Officers responding to a threats call and found a homeless black male to have a trespassing warrant. A search to the incident the officers found the suspect to be in possession of what appeared to be contraband. Charges are pending results of PSP testing.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and between the listed times her daughter was at the listed location for basketball practice. When her daughter returned home she noticed that her Apple Air Pods, birth certificate and wallet which contained cash were missing from her backpack. The victim’s wallet was later found and turned into the front desk. The cash, Air pods and birth certificate are still missing.

Security video showed what appeared to be two juveniles stealing two bicycles from the location. At this time the second bicycle has not been reported stolen.

Reporting person stated that it was secured to the banister with a black in color wire bike lock, but that someone cut through it. Reporting person stated that the bicycle was a black and grey in color BMX bike with blue decals.

Reporting person advised that the truck is a 2014 White Isuzu Box Truck that has a blue Schmidt Baking Company logo on the side. Vehicle was recovered by East Lampeter Twp. Police a short time later.

Reporting person / victim stated that while he was out walking his dog a red SUV passed him and stopped about 20 feet away. The passenger of the SUV described as a 6” tall skinny black or Hispanic male wearing a surgical mask and a green or black hooded sweatshirt to out of the vehicle holding a black semi-automatic handgun. Once out of the vehicle the male shouted “get off my streets: and continued to approach the victim. As the victim was trying to leave the area the male fired the gun and then threaten to shoot the victim. It is believed that the suspect and the other occupants in the vehicle fled the area west on Grant St.

Reporting person / victim stated that on the above listed date between the listed times he was walking on the 600 block of the listed location. While walking three Hispanic males wearing dark clothing walked toward him and surrounded him. One of the males stated “ give me what you got…”. The same male then assaulted the victim and the victim fell to the ground. The other males then began to assault him while he was down and took his wallet before they all fled in a northerly direction. The victim did sustain facial injuries during the assault.

Reporting person / victim stated that as he was walking on the south on North Charlotte Street when he noticed two males. One of the males told the victim to give him his stuff as he pulled out a semi-automatic handgun from his pocket. A struggle ensued with the male who had control of the gun in which the gun went off. The males fled the area running east on Marion Street. The victim was able to recover his belongings. The males were described as black or Hispanic males about 6’ tall with a thin build. Investigation continues.
