Loffredo proceeded to exit the listed location without offering payment for said purse. Loffredo was arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

Shirley L Updegrove, 57 of the 300 block Coral Street, Lancaster PA and Jonathan Padua, 36 of the 800 block Fourth Street, Lancaster PA where the subjects of a traffic stop for expired registration. The suspects were found to be in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were arrested and charged. Padua was charged with PWID-Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Updegrove was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Opoerating with Suspecnded Driver’s License.

Subj was stopped after observing the vehicle he was driving had a faulty center brake light. When Officers were talking to the Subject they could smell the marijuana coming from inside the vechicle. Subject admitted to having some marijuana in the center console.

Officer responded to an LCWC call received concerning potential threats made to employees who work at the listed location. An anonymous person reported an employee made threats to employees at the listed restaurant during an employee meeting. Another Officer spoke to the restaurant owner who was not aware of any threats. The officer was able to identify and contact the employee who admitted to making threats on 09/24/19 at 1630 hours and stated he was just having a bad day and has no intentions of harming anyone.

Officer responded to a report of theft from the listed location. Reporting person / victim stated someone removed her Access Card from her mailbox without her permission between 10/05/2019 at 0858 hours and 10/07/19 at 1214 hours. Victim stated she had lost her card earlier and the building super intendant found it in the hallway and placed it in her mailbox but when she went to retrieve it, it was missing. Victim reported the card missing on 10/08/2019 and noticed on 10/09/19 three unauthorized transactions occurred. The suspect was identified as Zachary A. Jackson, B/M/NH, 32 years old of Queen St., Lancaster via video. Jackson, who admitted to taking the card from her mailbox and making purchases, was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Access Device Fraud before MJ Witkonis.

They then entered the Fitting Room stall and concealed the items and attempted to leave the location without paying for said items. Both suspects were arrested and charged with Retail Theft.

which showed a signal in the area of 500 N Duke St. Officer checked the area of 500 N Duke St but was unable to locate
the phone.

Apple store manager stated that on 10/14/19, at 1859 hours, a phone call was received by the main Apple Support Line,
in which the call was answered by a Customer Relations Representative for Apple. During the course of the phone call,
the customer expressed to Apple support that he was having issues with his phone, wanting it replaced with a new
phone. Customer expressed his displeasure with Apple support, using profanity and making threatening statements.

Reporting person/victim reported that at approximately 1825 hours, 19 Oct 19, she locked her 2018 26" dark blue Raleigh Redux hybrid bicycle to a bike rack next to the location. She used a cable lock with a letter combination lock to secure it. When she returned at approximately 2140 hours, 19 Oct 19, the bicycle and the lock were gone.
