Reporting person / victim was walking north on the east side of S Queen St near Dominion’s Pizza when he was approached by two Hispanic males approximately 5’6”-5’8” one wearing black hoody and other orange hoody. One suspect displayed a handgun. Victim sustained a swollen lip. Suspects fled heading north on S Queen St and got into a Gray of Silver Honda Accord.

Dominick Capone was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Retail or Library Theft Instrument and Retail Theft.

The reporting person / victim stated his wallet was taken from his unlocked vehicle’s center console between the listed dates and times, while the vehicle was parked at the listed location. Officer received a phone call later that day from the victim stating his driver’s license was returned to him by an unknown construction worker who stated he found the license in the street in the area of N Plum St.

Officer responded to the listed location for a report of theft. Reporting person stated she observed someone taking a book bag off a male on 09/30/2019 at approximately 2109 hours. The suspect was a black, male wearing a black and white sweatshirt and pants. Reporting person later found the book bag in her trash bin and called the police. The reporting person discovered a female’s id in the book bag and called the female victim. The female victim came to the listed location to pick up the book bag. Victim stated to the Officer she had left her book bag inside her sister’s unlocked car, which was parked at the 100 block of Crystal St. Victim stated cash and a debit card were missing from her book bag.
