Reporting person/victim stated that when she returned to her apartment 0715 hours, she proceeded to the rear access door of her apartment. She noticed the glass window of the door to be mostly shattered with the door ajar. She stated that her Vizio television (black in color) was missing from the living room. Ongoing investigation.

Reporting person stated on the above listed date and time she called police for a suspicious vehicle. The officers responded and found the black, Chrysler 300 had been reported stolen out of Manor Township PD.

Officer observed several subjects where dispersed when they observed the police vehicle. Officers stopped David A Johnson, 52, of the 700 block Nancy Lane, Lancaster PA who was found to be in possession of Marijuana. Johnson was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Reporting person stated that they had observed a dark skinned male, approximately 16-17 years of age, had cornrows and was wearing jeans and a white T-shirt with black stripes on the sleeves at the listed location. The suspect appeared to have a small black gun which he pointed at the reporting person.

Reporting person stated that his grandson had been riding home from the Family Dollar store when three male juveniles began to following him. The males shoved him off of his bike and punched him in the face with a closed fist. One of the males was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 11-12 years old, wearing black pants and a silver long sleeved shirt. The male took the victim’s bike and rode off east on East Orange St from Franklin. The other two suspects fled the area.

The suspect fled with the victim’s cell phone and cigarettes that had fallen out of his pocket. The suspect was described as a black male, thin build, in his 20’s, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.

All of the suspects appeared to be Hispanic and one of the suspect was chasing him with a pipe. The victim stated that fled the scene in his vehicle.

The wallet was returned to the front counter where it was put on a shelf to return to the victim when she returned to the location.

On the above listed date and time, Luis Reymundo Lopez, 50 of the 100 block East Walnut Street, Lancaster PA had approached the victim from behind and assaulted him causing him injury. A scuffle ensued and Lopez left the area stating “When I see you again, I will shoot you”. Lopez was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault.

It was reported that on the above listed date between the listed times, two Black males entered the listed location and stole three Apple TV 4K and exited the listed location without paying for the items. The males were described at approximately 25-40 years of age one wearing a gray jacket, black pants and black loafers with a black Gatsby stole Hat with a black mask and with Airpods. The male was wearing a blue/green button down shirt, black puffy jacket with black pants and black and white Nike shoes with a blue/green surgical mask and white Airpods.
