Victim reported that he brought a Nintendo Switch game console and two controllers to is work place on February 26 and left them on top of his desk along with a phone charger when he left for the day. Victim stated that the office door is locked at the end of every day. When the victim returned to work on the 28th the 3 items were missing from top of his desk. Victim advised the Officer that there are extra keys which are provided to volunteers. Victim related that there are security surveillance camera that will be reviewed. Ongoing Investigation.

Victim reported she used the restroom in the food court area of listed location. She said she left her black in color Android phone in the restroom on the counter. After leaving the restroom several minutes passed by and she realized she left the phone behind. She went back to take possession of her phone back and it was no longer there.

OCCURRED 03/03/2020 BETWEEN 1137 HRS AND 1200 HRS
Officer responded to the listed location on the listed date for a report of Retail Theft. Reporting Person stated the suspect, a W/F between 30 & 40 years old, entered the store alone on the listed date at approximately 1137 hours. Reported Person observed the suspect grabbing several Milwaukee drills, among other items and placing them into a shopping cart. The suspect then pushed the cart with the items to the self-checkout aisle, waited for the attending employee to turn their head and pushed the cart towards the exit without paying for any of the items. Reporting Person stopped the suspect just prior to her exiting the store. The suspect let go of the cart, exited the store and entered a vehicle which drove off towards Pep Boys. Investigation ongoing.

Officer responded to the listed location on 03/03/2020 for a report of Theft. Reporting Person stated she arrived home on 03/02/2020 at 1600 hours and parked her father’s vehicle, she was temporarily driving, across the street from her residence at the listed location. Reporting Person then left her house for work on 03/03/2020 at 0800 hours, arrived at the school where she works at 0825 hours and parked the vehicle in the school parking lot. When she left for work at 1205 hours that same day, she noticed the license plate was missing from the vehicle. Reporting person last noticed the license plate attached to the vehicle about a week ago.

Reporting person / victim stated that he observed a Black Juvenile 12 years of age select a large bag of Cheetos and put it in his sister’s backpack on the listed date and time. The two left the listed location without offering payment for the item. Victim didn’t want the juvenile charge but told the juvenile he was not welcome back in the store.

OCCURRED 03/09/2020 AT 0816 & 1054 HOURS
Officers responded to the listed location on the listed date and times for two separate reports of Retail Theft that had just occurred. Suspect had already left the store when officers arrived after the first report of retail theft at 0816 hours, but were able to obtain images of the suspect from the store manager. The juvenile later returned to the store at 1054 hours and attempted to steal additional items. With the help of the store manager, Officers identified the juvenile suspect leaving the store as the same suspect who was at the store earlier. The juvenile was charged with one count of summary Retail Theft before MDJ Lefever.

Reporting Person / LGH Security Officer stated he observed a suspect in the hospital who matched the description of an unidentified suspect who previously committed a retail theft. After the suspect left the premises, the Reporting Person checked the video surveillance footage and determined the suspect had taken unknown amounts of food items from the cafeteria without paying for them.

Chirsty Lynn Bowser W/F of Main St, East Petersburg PA was arrested and charged with Retail Theft(M) after she was observed by store employee removing 6 carbide flush cut Dremel tool packs and placing them inside her purse. The subject was then observed walking out the store without paying for the items.

R/P stated that they left for vacation on Friday, March 6, 2020 at approximately 1930 hrs. Both stated that they returned on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at approximately 2300 hrs. Upon their arrival in Apt 1 this evening, they noticed many of their belongings inside the apartment had been rummaged through. Inside their bedroom, which is located in the northern section of the residence, they observed their bed was moved. R/P stated that he had multiple black bookbags under their bed. These black bookbags contain multiple firearms. Each bookbag was open but nothing was missing inside. Multiple items of value were located inside the bedroom and the living room to include power tools, brand new shoes, jewelry, firearms, and other miscellaneous items however nothing was reported missing at the time of taking this report. Many bags, suitcases, and boxes were opened but nothing was missing. Ongoing Investigation.

Store manager reported a possible employee theft. A former part-time employee had contacted the assistant manager thru a text message stating that she had quit her job. Store manager stated that on that same morning she quit her job she had conducted an inventory at the store and discovered the bridal set missing from the front display case. Ongoing investigation.
