The victim explained that he didn’t not have enough in the register to give him which made the suspect angry. The suspect then told the victim he would return at closing and shoot him.

A Juvenile white males was observed by the store employee selecting a drink and placing it in his pocket. The juvenile was stopped that the door. The store owner did not want to pursue retail theft charges against the juvenile. Officers transported the juvenile to his residence to the custody of his parents.

Officers searched the surrounding area and located one silver in color 9mm Hornady Luger +P 20 casing on the sideway and one copper bullet fragment on top of a discarded piece of Styrofoam on the ground near the bottom step of listed address. Briana Regine Williams B/F of 700blk Wyncroft Terrace, Lancaster and Evelise Naketa Blake B/F of 700blk Wyncroft Terrace, Lancaster were both arrested and charged with Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy/Retail Theft after they were both observed on camera by Loss Prevention agent take several articles of clothing and conceal them in a diaper bag. Both females then left the store without paying for the merchandise. The agent stopped the females in the common area of the mall and both were escorted back to the loss prevention office.

Reporting person stated that on the above listed date and time he had observed Hispanic, female, 20-30’s, wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black ball cap, and a black and grey scarf, enter the power tool area of the listed location. The suspect selected a Dewalt hammer drill and placed it underneath her cart and attempted to leave the listed location. When the female was stopped she fled the location into the parking lot and was last seen headed towards Pep Boys. The merchandise was recovered by store security.

Officer’s responding to a possible overdoes call found Tiffany Nicole Ann Dixon, 29, of the 100 block E Chestnut Street, Lancaster PA asleep in her vehicle. Dixon was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana and a glass crack pipe. Dixon was arrested and charged with Possession of a Contolled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The owner was at the scene and stated that she received a call from a neighbor who stated that they saw the vehicle was at the listed location. The owner went to the location to retrieve her black, 2009, Chevrolet which was reported stolen on February 28, 2021. The vehicle was unlocked at the time of recovery and did not appear to have no visible damage.

The suspect showed him a black handgun and threaten him and demanded money, The suspect took the cash and left the store walking West toward a nearby parking lot.

Reporting persons (residents) stated they left their residence around 1400 hours and did not come back until 2110 hours. Once they walked upstairs, they saw the window open with the blinds torn off. They also noticed that their firearm was missing. They described the firearm as a Smith & Wesson 9mm having a dark green handle and a black slide. Reporting persons also noticed that some jewelry was missing including a silver Pandora ring and a gold necklace with a butterfly on it with inlaid diamonds. The $60.00 in cash had been taken as well. They stated that nobody has access to their residence.
