Celebrate Lancaster, Lancaster City's biggest block party of the year, returns downtown on Friday, August 14, 2026. The following traffic restrictions will be in effect during the event:

7:30 a.m.–Midnight (orange routes on map)

• First block of East Grant Street
• First block of North Queen Street
• 100 block of North Queen Street (between East King and East Chestnut streets)
• First block of North Market Street at King Street
• William Henry Place

10:00 a.m.–Midnight (blue routes on map)

• First block of West Orange Street, from Queen Street to Market Street
• First block of East Orange Street, from Queen Street to Duke Street (local deliveries permitted)

Motorists should expect heavier-than-usual automobile traffic downtown. Please plan for additional travel time and be mindful of increased numbers of pedestrians.
