The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is seeking the public's help in locating a Missing Endangered Adult, Sammie Santiago, 21 years old. Santiago is diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Autism, and has an intellectual disability. He was last seen the night of April 16, 2026, wearing light-colored striped shorts, a dark gray t-shirt with "New York" on it, and red slides. According to Sammie’s family, Sammie likes to frequent Buchanan Park and Downtown Lancaster City.
