The Lancaster City Bureau of Police has made the following arrests in this case:

ARREST: Chance Celotti M/15

100 Blk N. Prince Street, Millersville

On June 2, 2026, at approximately 11:49 p.m., Celotti was taken into custody by the Lancaster City Bureau of Police in the 400 block of South Prince Street, Lancaster, on the outstanding warrant. Celotti was charged with:

• Two counts of Aggravated Assault (F1)
• Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F1)
• Two counts of Aggravated Assault (F2)
• Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F2)
• Riot (F3)
• Carrying a Firearm Without a License (F3)
• Persons Not to Possess a Firearm (M1)
• Possession of a Firearm by a Minor (M1)
• Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2)

ARREST: Jasier Wooten M/17

600 Blk High Street, Lancaster City

On the morning of June 11, 2026, Wooten was arrested by the West Hempfield Township Police Department in the first block of Lincoln West Drive, Mountville. Wooten was charged with:

• Four counts of Aggravated Assault (F1)
• Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F1)
• Four counts of Aggravated Assault (F2)
• Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F2)
• Carrying a Firearm Without a License (F3)
• Possession of a Firearm by a Minor (M1)
• Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2)
• Disorderly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm (City Ordinance)

ARREST: Moises Mercado Jr. M/18

200 Blk Conestoga Street, Lancaster City

On June 17, 2026, at approximately 10:50 a.m., Mercado was arrested by the Lancaster City Bureau of Police in the 200 block of Conestoga Street, Lancaster, on the outstanding warrant. Mercado was charged with:

• Two counts of Aggravated Assault (F1)
• Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F1)
• Two counts of Aggravated Assault (F2)
• Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F2)
• Riot (F3)
• Carrying a Firearm Without a License (F3)
• Persons Not to Possess a Firearm (M1)
• Possession of a Firearm by a Minor (M1)
• Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2)

Based on the circumstances surrounding his arrest, Mercado was additionally charged with:

• Flight to Avoid Apprehension, Trial, or Punishment (F3)
• Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot (M2)

ARREST: Olandis Warren M/19
100 Blk Manheim Pike Lancaster, PA 17603

On June 8, 2026, at approximately 9:52 p.m., officers with the Lancaster City Bureau of Police conducted a vehicle stop in the area of South Queen Street and Furnace Street.

One of the vehicle's occupants, Olandis Warren, had an active arrest warrant through the Lancaster City Bureau of Police. The warrant stemmed from a shots-fired incident that occurred on May 19, 2026, in the area of Laurel and Lafayette streets.

Warren was wanted on the following charges filed by Detective Sergeant Shawn Gunnet:

• Two counts of Aggravated Assault (F1)
• One count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F1)
• Two counts of Aggravated Assault (F2)
• One count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault (F2)
• One count of Riot (F3)
• One count of Carrying a Firearm Without a License (F3)
• One count of Persons Not to Possess a Firearm (M1)
• One count of Corruption of Minors (M1)
• One count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2)

Warren was taken into custody without incident.

On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at approximately 5:17 p.m., officers from the Lancaster City Bureau of Police responded to the area of Lafayette Street and Laurel Street for a report of gun shots fired. Officers did not locate anyone injured.
