The Lancaster City Bureau of Police is asking for the public’s help in finding 25-year-old Htoo Win, who has been reported missing. Win was last seen on the 800 block of Hager Alley at approximately 3:30 a.m. today. He is non-verbal and may run away if approached by unfamiliar people.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Lancaster County Wide Communications at 717-664-1180.
