The Lancaster Bureau of Police is able to confirm the identity of the deceased victim from this incident, listed below. The Bureau extends our condolences to the victim's family. 

Victim: Luis Sanchez, male, 29 years of age, resident of Lancaster County. 

The Bureau is not identifying the second victim, who thankfully has survived the incident and has been released from the care of a local hospital. 

On Monday, November 28, 2022, at 0111 hours, Officers from the Lancaster Bureau of Police responded to the 100 block of S. Prince Street for a reported shooting. Officers found two victims with apparent gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Services transported both victims to a local hospital. One victim was pronounced deceased, and the second was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The Bureau of Police does not have anyone in custody related to this investigation.
