On October 8, 2025, Lancaster City police officers were dispatched to Culliton Park, located at 260 W. Strawberry St., following a report of a shooting incident. Upon arrival, officers found an individual who had suffered a gunshot wound. The victim was subsequently transported to a nearby medical facility for further treatment.
On April 16, 2026, Keyshawn Williams was arrested around 12:20 am in connection with the October 8, 2025, shooting incident, as well as additional offenses resulting from the traffic stop that ultimately led to his arrest.
Charges stemming from the October 8 incident include Criminal Attempt Homicide (Felony 1), Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Attempt Homicide (Felony 1), Aggravated Assault – Serious Bodily Injury (Felony 1), Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault – Serious Bodily Injury (Felony 1), Aggravated Assault – Weapon (Felony 2), Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault – Weapon (Felony 2), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (Misdemeanor 2), and Conspiracy to Commit Recklessly Endangering Another Person (Misdemeanor 2).
Additional charges from the traffic stop include Possession of a Firearm Prohibited, Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License, and drug-related offenses.
