On March 27, 2026, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police Selective Enforcement Unit (SEU) conducted a search warrant at the residence of Stephen Humbert, 38, which is located on the first block of W Farnum St. The search warrant was the result of a several-week-long investigation into the sale of methamphetamine.
A search of Mr. Humbert's room yielded the seizure of approximately 26.3 grams of methamphetamine as well as quantities of marijuana, THC wax, and drug paraphernalia.
Humbert was arrested on-scene and later charged with four (4) felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, one (1) felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three (3) felony counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and three (3) misdemeanor drug offenses.
Additionally, Humbert was arrested for 2 separate counts of Access Device Fraud as a result of investigations conducted by members of the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
