Roadway was cleared and re-opened at 5:00 pm.

At 3:51 pm, today, ELTPD was advised of a disabled tractor trailer blocking traffic at the intersection of Lincoln Highway East and Lampeter Rd.   The incident is causing major traffic conjestion in the area.   Police are requesting drivers to avoid the area until the roadway is cleared.      Police and fire police are on scene.
