As a reminder to those who enjoy using 2 wheels to get around, please review the PennDOT rules and regulations that govern "MICROMOBILITY" devices (example:  E-Bikes, Scooters, etc.).  We want to keep the citizens and visitors of the East Lampeter &  Upper Leacock Townships safe and informed.  While legal requirements vary by device and age, wearing a helmet is always the safest choice.
