Please join us in welcoming Officer Noah Klemm to the East Lampeter Township Police Department!
Officer Klemm grew up in Leesburg, Virginia, and brings approximately four years of law enforcement experience from the Wilmington Police Department in Wilmington, North Carolina. He and his wife recently moved to the area to be closer to family—his wife grew up in Lancaster and still has many relatives here, while his parents remain in Northern Virginia.
Officer Klemm is excited to meet the citizens who call East Lampeter Township and Upper Leacock Township home and looks forward to lending a helping hand during times of need. He enjoys policing because it allows him to meet new people every day, build connections within the community, and serve others with the freedom and trust entrusted to him during their hardest moments.
Officer Klemm was officially hired on December 15, 2025. He is married to his beautiful, caring, and supportive wife, and while they do not have children yet, they enjoy staying active together. In his free time, Officer Klemm enjoys running, walking with his wife and their dog, golfing and watching sports.
Officer Klemm is assigned to the 2nd Platoon. Welcome to the team, Officer Klemm—we’re proud to have you serving our community!
