On 7/8/2026 at approximately 5:56 p.m. the East Lampeter Township Police were dispatched to a vehicle crash (motorcycle vs. pickup truck) at the intersection of Willow Rd. and New Holland Pike.  Upon arrival, police located the rider of a motorcycle with serious injuries.  The Lancaster County Crash Team was dispatched to assist with conducting an investigation.  Initial investigation determined the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on New Holland Pike.  A pickup truck was on Willow Rd. facing north and attempted to make a left to travel westbound on New Holland Pike.  The motorcycle collided with the pickup truck as it entered into the intersection.  The rider of the motorcycle was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.  The investigation is on going.  Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information is requested to contact the police at (717) 291-4676.
