UPDATE:  The person of interest has been identified as Ebony Gomez, 31 year old female from Jacksonvile, FL with ties to Lancaster.  Gomez was charged after tips revealed she was involved in package thefts in Gloucester Twp NJ.  Gomez was arrested several days later in New Jersey and is being detained in the Gloucester County Jail until she can be extradited back to PA.  Charges were filed last week by Officer Ryan Heistand.  Please contact East Lampeter Township Police if you may have any additional information at 717-291-4676.

The East Lampeter Township Police Department is investigating several package thefts that occurred yesterday 12-04-23 at about 1:30 pm.  The thefts occurred in the Eastland Hills and Southridge Farms developments as well as the Rosewood Terrace apartment complex.

A person of interest along with a vehicle was captured on several residential security cameras.  The person is described as a heavier set black female, wearing a black ski mask, a gray hooded sweatshirt with a distinct logo, and black pants.  The person of interest appears to be driving a white Dodge Journey or similar vehicle.
