Trespass by Motor Vehicle:

On Thursday (2/26/26) around 10:38 a.m., East Lampeter Township Police were dispatched to the Lancaster Country Club for a vehicle in a pond.  Through investigation, it was learned Sung Chun (50 year old male from Hoboken, New Jersey) drove onto the property on Wednesday (2/25/26) at approximately 8:30 p.m. and across portions of the golf course and ultimately into a pond.  Mr. Chun exited the vehicle and walked away without reporting the incident and spent the night at a local hotel.  Mr. Chun returned to the location while police were on scene investigating the incident.  Mr. Chun was cited with PA Vehicle Code violation section 3717 "Trespass by Motor Vehicle" for the offense.
