Report of an unattended vehicle that was forcibly entered in the parking lot of High Steel Structures, 144 Greenfield Rd.    The vehicle was entered by shattering a side window between 8:00 pm 12/16/15 and 7;15 am 12/17/15.   The victim's Debit card was discovered stolen from the vehicle.   The card was used to make unauthorized purchases at several Lancaster stores.   Anyone with information is asked to contact ELTPD Officer Sam Sanger at (717) 291-4676.
