Report of a discovered overnight theft from vehicle at a residence in the 1600 blk of Old Philadelphia Pike.   An unlocked vehicle was entered sometime overnight from 9/6 to 9/7.   Property from the vehicle, including the victim's purse, were located in an adjacent yard.   A credit card, cash currency, a cell phone and medication were reported stolen from the vehicle.
