On 1/12/16, a discovered theft of construction tools from the Fairfield Inn construction site on Lincoln Highway East was reported to ELTPD.   The theft occurred sometime between Jan. 7 and Jan. 11.  The building and job tool box are locked after hours.   There was no evidence of forced entry.   The tools are described as construction hand tools and Dewalt power hand tools.   Loss is estimated at $1,200.     Anyone with information is asked to contact ELTPD Officer Sam Goss at (717) 291-4676.
