On 12/23/15, a discovered theft of tools at a residence in the 00 Blk Hellers Church Rd was reported to ELTPD.   Entry had been made into a locked trailer on the property sometime over the past several weeks.    Numerous cordless and electric power tools and accessories were reported stolen from the trailer.   Loss is estimated at $3,800.
