At 11:46 pm, Monday, 8/3/15, ELTPD responded to a theft of patio furniture that just occurred on the property of OPSEC Security,1835 Freedom Rd.    It was reported that a dark colored Dodge Durango pulled up to a rear dock area.   A White or Hispanic male with a large build and a White or Hispanic female with a thin build exit the vehicle and proceed to load two patio chairs and a patio table into the back of the SUV before driving away.  Anyone with information is asked to contact ELTPD Officer Heather Waltman at (717) 291-4676.
