1. At approximately 2:15 a.m., police observed (2) males acting suspiciously at the Red Roof Inn (2307 Lincoln Highway East).  Contact was made with the males during which time Nickolas Peters (34 year old / white male / Christiana) was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana.  Nickolas Peters was arrested and charged with said offense.
2. At approximately 1:30 p.m., police were dispatched for suspicious activity.  A female was traveling door to door selling “sandwiches and subs for her church” appearing to target the plain community.  Please take precautions and ask questions when confronted with soliciting of this nature.
3. At approximately 4:56 p.m., police were dispatched to the 200 block of Pitney Rd. (near the Route 30 overpass) for criminal mischief.  The victim was driving south on Pitney Rd. when his vehicle was struck by a rock that was thrown at his vehicle.  The suspect was described as a black male wearing blue jeans, white hoodie and blue jacket.  The suspect was last seen running towards Aaron Lane (apartment complex).

1. At approximately 2:35 a.m., police were dispatched for a domestic incident in the 1800 block of Lincoln Highway East.  Upon arrival, it was learned Benny Pena-Rivera (19 year old / Hispanic male / Lancaster) had pushed and bit the victim.  Benny Pena-Rivera was charged with Harassment.
