On 11/16/15, ELTPD responded to a discovered theft of a large amount of hand tools and power tools from a residential garage in the 1800 blk of Lincoln Highway East.   The detached garage was entered at some point since mid October.   There was no evidence of forced entry.   The loss is estimated at $6,000.
