ELTPD received a report of a burglary and theft at an Amish farm in the 100 Blk of Quarry Rd.    Sometime Sunday morning an unoccupied farmhouse was entered while the residents were at church services.   A small amount of cash currency was stolen from the residence.  At approximately 10:30 am, Sunday, an unknown White male knocked on the front door of a nearby occupied Amish residence and asked for person that did not reside there.  The male then left on foot towards the main roadway. The male was described as a white male, in his 30's, with short dark hair and wearing a ball cap.   A small silver car was seen in the area around the same time.    Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Detective Chris Jones at (717) 291-4676.
