On 11/18/15, ELTPD received a report of a discovered overnight attempted theft from vehicle at a residence in the 00 block of Hedgewood Ave. Ronks.    The unlocked vehicle was found to have all of the interior compartments rummaged through and contents dumped out.   No reported loss or damage.
