At 2:05 am, Thursday, 12/10/15, ELTPD responded to an attempted entry into an occupied residence in the 2100 blk of Colleens Way.    Victim's reported that the house burglar alarm sounded and apparently scared off someone attempting to enter the residence.  It was discovered that the rear door had been opened, which activated the alarm.   Wet shoe prints were found on the porch and the outside dusk to dawn light had been unscrewed.   No suspects were located.   Anyone with information is asked to contact East Lampeter Twp Police (717) 291-4676.
