At 1:26 am, Monday, 1/18/16, ELTPD was notified that a victim of a stabbing was currently at Lancaster General Hospital for treatment.    The adult male victim was reported to have been stabbed somewhere along the 2100 to 1500 Blk of Lincoln Highway East.    The victim's injuries were not life threatening.   The victim did not want police involvement and refused to cooperate with investigators.    Initial information from the investigation has determined that the incident was not random and the victim had been targeted.  There is no evidence of any danger to public safety.   Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Detective Preston Gentzler at (717) 291-4676.
