East Lampeter Twp Police Dept. is requesting assistance form the public to locate Jerrica Lynn WILLIAMS, age 27, of Lancaster City.    WILLIAMS has active arrest warrants through ELTPD and Lancaster City Police for Retail Theft.    WILLIAMS also has an active Bench warrant through the Lancaster Co. Sheriff's Office.     WILLIAMS is a suspect in a retail incident that occurred at Wal-Mart on 5/21/16.    WILLIAMS is described as a White female, 5-03 in height, thin build, with brown hair and blue eyes.   WILLIAMS has word tattoos on her right wrist and chest.    Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jerrica WILLIAMS is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp at (717) 291-4676.
