At 3:50 pm, Thursday, 8/27/15, ELTPD responded to a report of a motorcycle being stolen during a test drive in the parking lot of Kohl's, 2350 Lincoln Highway East.   Victim reported that he was selling a blue and black 2007 Suzuki GSX-600 motorcycle on Craigslist.   The victim agreed to meet a potential buyer in the parking lot of Kohl's.    After some conversation with the buyer, the victim agreed to allow the male to test drive the motorcycle within the Kohl's parking lot.    The male suspect briefly drove around the parking lot, then exited onto Lincoln Highway eastbound and accelerated away at a high rate of speed.  The victim had not obtained any identification or documentation from the suspect.   The male suspect was described as an Hispanic male, 18-19 years of age, with long dark hair, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.    The attached photo is of a same make, year and color motorcycle.  Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD at (717) 291-4676.
