On 7/14/15, suspect, Angel Anthony NASH, age 21, of Lancaster City, responded to ELTPD and admitted to the crime.   On 7/17/15, ELTPD Officer Sam Sanger filed misdemeanor Retail Theft charges against NASH.    The female person of interest still has not been identified.    ELTPD remains interested in locating and speaking with the unknown female.

At 2:20 am on Tuesday, 6/30/15, the Black male and White female pictured in the attached surveillance photos entered the Wawa store at 2132 Lincoln Highway East together.   The couple walked around the store for a short time, then the male began opening and eating items of food.    The female person of interest went to the register and paid for a single inexpensive item of food.  The male suspect concealed an undetermined amount of food items down his pants and walked out of the store without paying.   The male suspect is described as a Black male, age 20-30, thin build, with short black hair and a beard, wearing a light gray T-shirt and black shorts with black socks.   The female person of interest is described as a White female, 18-25 years of age, thin build, with dark shoulder length hair, wearing a dark gray sweatshirt and shorts.   Anyone with information on the suspect or person of interest is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Sam Sanger at (717) 291-4676.
