Missing Juvenile has been located and returned home.  

On 8/12/15, Hector FELICIANO, age 15, of the 200 blk of Greenland Dr, was reported missing to ELTPD.   Hector was last seen by his parents at their residence during the early evening hours of Wednesday, 8/12/15.    Hector indicated that he was going for a walk and did not return home.    Hector is student of Conestoga Valley School District and is described as a Hispanic male, tall with a thin build, approximately 6-00 in height and 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing all dark clothing.  Anyone with  information on the whereabouts of Hector should contact East Lampeter Twp Police at (717) 291-4676.
