UPDATE - Person has been LOCATED

   The East Lampeter Township Police Department wants to advise that the missing juvenile has been located and returned to her family.  We wish to thank all who shared the post and were looking for the young lady.

The East Lampeter Township Police is investigating a Juvenile Missing Person - Jocelyn Andrews is a 16 year old white female last seen in the area of Pitney Rd and Hempstead Rd in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, PA.  Jocelyn is approximately 5'09", blue eyes, 180 lbs, with shoulder length brown hair which may get dyed or cut; she may be in the Red Lion (York County, PA) area.  She was last seen by family on January 22, 2022 at approximately 6:30pm. 

Jocelyn is not believed to have been abducted. Although this not considered to be a criminal investigation at this time, Jocelyn is still at risk and police are investigating; anyone with information on Jocelyn's whereabouts is urged to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department at (717) 291-4676.
