On 11/20/20 the ELPD took a report of a theft of a debit card and subsequent fraudulent purchases using that card at nearby stores totaling losses in excess of $1,300.  The pictured suspect with blonde hair/man bun stole the card and used it at Five Below store; the male in the gray hoodie was with the male.  The male with the blonde hair has a distinct neck tattoo and also appears to have one above his right eye and on his left hand.  The male was operating a dark colored late model sedan.  Anyone recognizing either male please contact Sgt.
