On two occasions, on 9/8/15 and 9/10/15, the male suspect pictured in the attached surveillance photos stole men's neckties valued at $201.71 at Kohl's department store, 2350 Lincoln Highway East.   The neckties were then returned at the service desk for gift cards in the same amount.   A silver Honda sedan was used during the theft and subsequent fraud.    Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police Officer Jordan Miller at (717) 291-4676.
