On 9/4/15, surveillance photos of the suspects were released.    The suspects are wanted for Terroristic Threats, Theft by Deception and retail Theft.

At 7:06 pm, Wednesday, 8/26/15, ELTPD responded to a report of terroristic threats that just occurred at the Famous Footwear Outlet in the Rockvale Square complex.    It was reported that an unknown Hispanic male, accompanied by two unknown Black or Hispanic females, came into the store and attempted to return two backpacks without a receipt.   The subjects were recognized by store employees as suspects of prior shoplifting incidents at the store.   When the sales clerk declined to approve the refund transaction, the male made several threats to come back to the store and shoot the female clerk.   All three subjects walked out of the store and left in a gold Honda mini van.    It was discovered that the backpacks that the male had attempted to return had been just stolen from the Famous Footwear store in Tanger Outlets.   The male suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 30-35 years of age, 5-08 in height with a very thin build, short dark hair with a mustache and beard, wearing a Chicago Bulls hat, white T-shirt and grey Chicago Bulls sweatpants.  Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Mike Redden at (717) 291-4676.
