3/23/17, Suspect was identified as Rebecca Juliet TRAN, age 38, of York.     TRAN was apprehended in the act of stealing merchandise again from the Banana Republic Outlet on 3/23/17.    At the time of TRAN's arrest, a large amount of stolen merchandise, from multiple other stores, was found in TRAN's vehicle.    TRAN was booked on two counts of misdemeanor Retail Theft.  Additional charges pending.

3/17/17, The female suspect in the attached surveillance photos walked out of the Banana Republic outlet with over $800 worth of stolen clothing.    The suspect is described as an Asian female, 30-40 years of age, 5-02 in height, with long dyed brown hair.      Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police Officer Heather Waltman at (717) 291-4676.
