On 2/21/2020 at approximately 10:05 a.m., the pictured suspect (white male / 30's / slender build) entered the Harbor Freight store (2090 Lincoln Highway East Lanaster) and stole three welders valued at $1,279.  The male was seen leaving in a black Chevrolet sedan (possibly an Impala).  Police are requesting assistance in identifying this "Sparky Swiper".  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc.
