At approximately 3:05pm on April 14, 2021, the pictured male suspect stole several pairs of athletic shoes from Famous Footwear at the Tanger Outlets on Lincoln Hwy East.  Please take a close look at the subject's face including: eyes, eyebrows, and hair as well as his unique Hawaiian style shirt.  Please contact the East Lampeter Township Police with any information regarding this person.
