At approximately 2:15 pm on 03/01/2021, the pictured male entered the Famous Footwear Store at Tanger Outlets concealing a pack of socks and exiting the store without paying the full retail value.  A short time later, the same male re-enters the store and conceals an Addidas brand fanny pack and again leaves the store without paying.  If you can help identify this person, please contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
