At 7:21 pm, Wednesday, 12/16/15, East Lampeter Twp Police responded to a strong arm robbery that just occurred at the Clarks Bostonian outlet store in the Tanger Outlet complex.   It was reported that a Black male suspect, wearing glasses, had gone behind the sales counter and took cash out of the register.  The suspect assaulted a female employee in the process of taking the money. The female employee sustained a minor injury during the altercation.  The Black male suspect was last seen getting into silver Mercedes.   ELTPD Sergeant Randy Shrom observed the silver Mercedes exiting Tanger Outlets onto Lincoln Highway Eastbound.   ELTPD patrol units attempted to stop the vehicle, which was failing to yield.   The vehicle was eventually stopped in the 2600 Blk of Lincoln Highway East and the suspect, Josuf Michael PRYCE, age 51, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody.      PRYCE was charged by Sgt Shrom with one count of Robbery (F-2) and one count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer (M-2).   PRYCE was committed to Lancaster Co. Prison.  The incident remains under investigation for additional suspects that may have assisted PRYCE.  Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police at (717) 291-4676.
