East Lampeter Township Police are investigating an incident of retail theft which occurred at WalMart on December 10th, 2024. The pictured subject had loaded a cart full of items, walked past all points of sale and exited the store without paying. When confronted, the female fled and drove away from the area in a black Honda CR-V.  We are asking for the public's assistance to help identify the pictured subject.
